Aspen - AZ

Aspen is a 2 ½ year old spayed GSP who is an energic, smart and healthy dog. She is house, crate, and leash trained. She knows all the basic commands. She is great on walks, trails and running. She is a goofy and sweet girl. She is food motivated and that helps with training and reinforcement.

She has exhibited food guarding, and she gets nervous of new people coming into her space too quickly and this will require patience and understanding. Once she feels comfortable with a person, she is loving, fun, sweet and loyal.

Aspen needs a home with no other dogs. Her ideal new home would be with people who are active, willing to work with her unease around new situations and will be disciplined to reinforce her training.
